After the very successful Pluralism Workshop (1), COGITO research centre (Bologna) in collaboration with VERITAS research (Yonsei) is pleased to announce major international workshop, as part of the national research project "PRIN 2010-2011 Realismo e oggettività", from Thursday the 22nd to Saturday the 24th of October 2015. The workshop will be hosted by the Department of Philosophy and Communication, University of Bologna, with the generous support of Scuola Superiore di Studi umanistici.

This second workshop aims to bring together two hot topics in the current philosophical debate - that of pluralism about truth and logic and that about the normative aspects of enquiry. Although the two debates have been conducted for the most part separately, few points of connection have started to emerge especially in the pluralis debate. This workshop will provide a unique occasion for philosophers working in these areas to further explore connections and foster collaborative work with the hope of originating new fruitful directions of research.
